brothmonger will be closed on tues october 28

Hello friends,
I just wanted to let everyone know that the restaurant will be closed on Tuesday this week for a day of deep cleaning. We will resume our usual operations on Wednesday, October 29 at 11:00.

This past week, brothmonger celebrated one year of operation. It’s been a wild first year. I’ve learned so much (mostly via trial by fire) and I look forward to all I have yet to learn. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support and patronage in our first year. Seeing your beautiful faces in the restaurant is the greatest joy of my life. I think we will probably have some birthday cake to share this week, so that’s cool.

Anyway, see you on Wednesday with a clean as heck kitchen.
