Hello Dear Reader,
Thank you so much for clicking all of the buttons that lead you here. It’s a beautiful August in Pittsburgh, and I’ve decided that the time is right to engage with the public in new and exciting ways, via the brothmailer.
In this newsletter, you can expect to find a lot of my opinions, advice, recommendations, and witty banter. As well as, of course, soup recipes, and recipes for other food that isn’t necessarily swimming in broth.
The first legit issue of the newsletter is going to be ALL ABOUT CHICKEN - and will be published on Wednesday, September 1st and then every other Monday to infinity and beyond. In the meantime, please follow me on instagram. I look forward to it. I scream. You scream. We all scream for… soup.
