Happy Halloween
The restaurant is closed today so that we can all have a nice unexpected break and celebrate the Halloween holiday together. Tomorrow my favorite month starts and I welcome it with open arms. My love for November grows every day of every year. On Tuesday, brothmonger will open at 12 noon to give my staff an extra hour to vote. If you come to the restaurant on Tuesday and show an “I VOTED” sticker, you will receive 10% off your purchase.
Next week, our Thanksgiving / Holiday specials will be rolled out. If you remember the It’s Giving Thanks wrap from last year - rejoice in its return. Roasted turkey, celery mayo, crispy brussels sprouts, cranberries and onion straws with turkey gravy in a big tortilla. Also returning is the Gobble Wobble, which was an accidental variation of the Roast Beefy Weefs that happened when we ran out of roast beef one day. Sliced roasted turkey, sharp cheddar, onion jam, pickled onions, and horsey sauce on rye. Anyway, I’m excited about it. I love turkey.
My sister and I will turn 26 and 36, respectively, on November 19. Brothmonger will be closed November 26 - 28 so that we can go to our parents house and celebrate Thanksgiving and my dad’s birthday.
